A warm bath can be pure magic! Here at Flower Mill we sincerely believe in the power of a hot bath after a tough week or intense workout - it can work wonders on calming both the body and mind. This Bath Soak is a delicate mix of salts and botanicals married together to help rid the body of toxins and soothe sore muscles. This relaxing soak will leave your skin feeling silky smooth, and fragrant with a feminine floral scent.

Scent: Rose and Gardenia




Sprinkle desired amount (we recommend 1/2 cup) into warm, running water and soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic.

Drink water before, during, and after bath. Once done, rinse skin and towel dry. Wrap yourself up in a towel or robe and let yourself relax the rest of the night.




Himalayan Pink Salt: Promotes better skin hydration, leaving your it softer and smoother. The salt gets stored in the upper layer of the skin, which plumps it up and creates a natural protective barrier to help prevent dryness.

Organic Coconut Milk: contains natural fatty acids that help treat dry and irritated skin and remove harmful bacteria. With high levels of Vitamin C, it also helps maintain skin elasticity.

Rose Absolute: Containing a complex array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, rose essential oil is excellent for moisturizing dry skin. It also offers antiseptic and astringent properties to treat acneic skin, as well as anti-inflammatory properties that help treat redness and inflammation.

Magnesium Sulfate: these epsom salts help draw toxins out of the body and relieve stress

Q: How many baths can I get out of one container?

A: It should get you 2-4 baths, depending on how strong you want it to be. But 1/2 cup of the soak should be sufficient for one bath!


Q: Will this help with sore muscles?

A: Yes! It’s recommended for relief from both sore muscles and stress
